Ellie Bodily, WNPP, MSN, RN
Ellie is a lifelong health enthusiast! Her love for dancing and movement led her to become a fitness instructor where she taught various types of group fitness, yoga, and health classes in the community and at UVU for over 30 years. She has a Master of Science in Nursing, and worked 15 years as a Public Health Nurse as well as being an adjunct nursing instructor at both Weber State University and Brigham Young University. After an unplanned hysterectomy in 2016, which resulted in induced menopause, she realized how unprepared she, and many other women, were for this stage of life. This created a desire to understand more about the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of menopause, and how to flow through this phase of life.
Meghann Mundt, WNPP, Cold Exposure Coach
Meghann Mundt, True-Self Coach Certified Guide in Deliberate Cold Exposure, Certified in Sherpa Cold and Breath, Health Coach Certified, Level 1 & 2 Reiki, and Women's Neuropsychophysiology. Meghann is highly passionate about her work with a focus on female health and empowerment. Teaching women how to locate their voice, their truth, their intuition through ice, breath, and sound. She cut her teeth growing up in a high-demand, high-control religion where she learned first-hand to destroy her inner knowing. With a body that most definitely kept the score. Chronic UTI's, yeast infections, Leukemia, Thyroid Cancer, anxiety and depression for decades with no answers from western medicine. It was finally a dip in an ice bath for 2 minutes and 30 seconds that gave her back a tiny sliver of her inner voice. Her path was CLEAR, to harness and utilize our most significant gift, intuition. The answers have always and will always be inside you.
